Ruby Chiedza (b. 1992) - Zimbabwean American artist,

lives and works in Los Angeles, California USA.

"Art reflects  the visual narrative of the current state of cultures and how it has influenced the artist. The artist is a visual vessel for current events, economic systems, political ideas and metaphysical thought. An artist will illustrate past, present and predict future events in their artwork subconsciously and intentionally. Often times it is through abstract visuals that for the artist later reveal themselves. It is through this intuitive practice that the artist can connect and disconnect at the same time that make the canvas a mirror for society."
